Journal Entry 2

1. It is important to have group meetings because you have to know what is your group doing and if they are doing fine. Without this, it would be causing some trouble and also being unorganized.

2. The strategies that i used to assist group work is brainstorming, because it helps us to think together and get some ideas from other teammates other than your self. And the last was teamwork, we have to help each other and find our strengths and use it, so it can overcome some difficult courses.

3. The 3 problems that i have faced working with my group was my teammates is being off task, and also the team marshal doesn’t care about it, people being absent, because its very hard if our team keeps decreasing day by day, so we had to use their role. And the last problem was the group meeting, i havent been told what we have to do in this group meeting so i was confused.
